Our Story

Me You & PCOS was founded in 2024 with a mission to empower women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) to reclaim their health and happiness. We understand that living with hormonal imbalances can be challenging and frustrating, but we believe that everyone with PCOS deserves to live their life to the fullest. Our foundation provides resources and support to women with PCOS, helping them to find joy and fulfillment in their lives. We believe that every woman with PCOS deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered.

I am Camiliya, a passionate and dedicated individual with a solid foundation in biology, proudly holding a degree from York University. Currently, on the path to realizing my lifelong dream of becoming a doctor, I am enthusiastic about the journey ahead.

Beyond the academic realm, I am more than just textbooks and exams. I am a fervent advocate for humanitarian causes, devoting my free time to various non-profits such as Homeless Connect Toronto. My goal is crystal clear - to amplify the voices of those who may feel unheard and create a safe space for open dialogue.

As an unwavering champion of women's rights, I firmly believe in the power of balance. While dedicating myself to uplifting others, I am equally committed to maintaining a regular and healthy lifestyle. To me, the key to life lies in finding equilibrium – a delicate dance between self-care and service to others.
